At Auto Parts Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following information to understand our policies and procedures.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
- Custom or special-order parts (e.g., Alfa Parts)
- Items that have been installed or used (e.g., Air Conditioning units, Generators)
- Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item(s).
- Ship the Item(s): Package the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
