Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. During this time, we prepare your items for shipment and ensure everything is in perfect condition.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia. Please check our website for specific details on delivery restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Custom or special-order parts (e.g., Alfa Parts)
  • Items that have been installed or used (e.g., Air Conditioning units, Generators)
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item(s).
  3. Ship the Item(s): Package the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
